Selfless man saves kitten and raises him like his own!
Working the night shift can be boring, dark, and a little depressing, especially when there’s nothing really interesting going on.
But one man’s life changed when he headed to work at two in the morning and came across a stray ginger kitten by the side of the road.
Many people would have simply walked by the creature and hurried to work so that they wouldn’t be late, but imgur user Jackabone decided that he just couldn’t let that happen.
This selfless man found the kitten quite afraid, so much so that it took him at least half an hour to win the kitten’s trust and get it into his car.
The kitten had plenty of problems that needed to be dealt with, including a flea infestation, mites in his ears, a respiratory infection that made it difficult to breathe, and being generally malnourished and underweight.
But the man decided to give the kitten a fighting chance and took him home.
Wrapped up in blankets, he managed to feed the kitten with a dropper, and mixed his antibiotics into some yogurt to make it easier for the poor kitten to digest, especially since the poor feline didn’t want to eat.
But by the third day, the kitten was strong enough to start eating and drinking on his own, and has shown a lot of improvement in such a short time.
Lovingly named Taco, this feline was lucky to get a second chance at life, and with someone who cared enough to pick him up off the side of the road on fateful night.
