Family Took Their ‘ Short ’ German Shepherd To A Busy Shelter, Abandoned Him And Drove Away

Huck is a two-year-old, unneutered, “ short ” German shepherd mix – probably mixed with Basset Hound. He is in need of a home after his family took him to a busy California animal agency and left him.

On November 6, one day after Huck lost his home Saving Carson Shelter Dogs wrote on their Facebook page that Huck is adorable and short.

He is quiet, calm and has a gentle energy. Even though his family abandoned him, Huck is friendly and sweet. They said that he needs a new home where he can be loved forever.

If you can help or know someone who may be interested, call Los Angeles County Animal Control – Carson at (310) 523-9566. Huck’s ID # is A5009452.
